We have some exciting news….Crossfit Become now has an Instagram and a Pinterest page! Now you have even more ways to keep up with the fun things going on at the gym, motivational quotes/pictures, recipes and more! If you didn’t know before, we also have a Twitter so there are tons of ways to stay in the loop.

In honor of our fun new Pinterest page, I have decided to highlight one of my favorite sweet tooth recipes. You will quickly learn that I am a huge fan of taking unhealthy things and finding healthier versions so that I can justify eating them.

Consider this; It’s Thursday night…you are in the middle of Shonda Thursday (for all my Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, HTGAWM fans…you know what I’m talking about) and all of a sudden, that chocolate craving strikes. Now, for those of you with a sweet tooth like mine, you know this cannot simply be ignored. At this point, only something of the gooey, sinfully chocolatey variety will suffice. You think to yourself “but I just got back from an awesome WOD at Crossfit Become! I don’t want to undo all of my hard work!” Well, I’ve got good news for you friends. I found this recipe for Raw Brownie Bites (Vegan & Paleo) on another blog I love (detoxinista.com) about a year ago, and it is a great go-to for all of you chocolate lovers. I love it because it totally satisfies your cravings but there isn’t any processed sugar. In fact, the dates in the recipe are jam packed with a rock star line-up of minerals!
