Please note: The FIRST month, if you don’t have previous experience, is a one-time $210 which incorporates Foundations Training. We want everyone to train safely and get great results so we need to work with new members on form and safety. Can waive out with previous CrossFit experience.

Our 6-week session is priced for attendance twice a week. If we have openings after registration closes, we will accept registration for one time a week if we have space.
Little CrossFitters: Ages 6-8 (Max-10 Kids) This course is perfect for any kid looking to improve their sport or health/fitness while having lots of fun. Kids will learn body awareness, coordination, gymnastics and strength training, including forward/backward rolls, headstands, squatting, push-ups and sit-ups. Nutrition, anatomy, and yoga will also be taught. Tues/Thur 5PM-5:30PM
Young CrossFitters: Ages 9-12 (Max—10 kids) This course builds on the Little CrossFitters’ course, but more complex movements are introduced including the press and deadlift. Partner and team building drills are included to create a sense of community. Kids will also have the opportunity to program their own workout. Tues/Thurs 5:30PM-6:15PM
Preschool Athletes: Ages 3-5 (Max—8 kids) A full emphasis on fun learning! Preschoolers will learn motor skills, balance, and the fundamentals of gymnastics. Coordination, confidence, control and skill deepen with fun and imaginative games, dance and creative movement. Thursday ONLY 4:30PM-5PM
